Shipping Policy

Designed in Europe. Made worldwide. Each item is produced at the nearest available facility to reduce distance, waste, and delay.

Production time: 2–5 business days

Shipping time: 3–10 business days (varies by region). You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Orders with multiple items may arrive separately if fulfilled by different local facilities.

Express shipping isn’t available — our focus is precision over speed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delays beyond our control (like customs) can occur.

Returns Policy

Each RBLSFCLS piece is made to order — created only when chosen.

Returns are limited, but fairness and care come first.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email hello@rblsfcls.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Because all items are produced individually, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or preference.

Please review measurements before ordering.

Our standard: quality and integrity. If an error occurs from our side, we’ll correct it.
